How can I get a quote?

What is your minimum order?
Screen Printing:
For 1 color prints with 1 location (i.e. front print or back print), the minimum is 15 pieces.
For 2-4 color prints, the minimum is 35 pieces. Multi-location prints also require a minimum of 35 pieces.
For 5-6 color prints, the minimum is 50 pieces.​

Embroidery
Embroidered items have a minimum of 25 pieces.
Items with patches have a minimum of 50 pieces.

Promo
Minimums for promo items varies per product type. You will receive a custom quote detailing all pricing.
Stickers, Labels & Magnets: 50 pieces (price breaks start at 100 pieces).

Will I see a sample before you run my order?
Before we run your order, a digital proof will be sent to you for your final approval. This proof will show you ink colors, image sizes, and general placement. We will not begin production on your order until we have final approval from you, so please check all of the details in the proof carefully.​

Can I bring my own garments in to be screen printed?
Yes, you can bring your own garments in to be printed. Please check your garments carefully before bringing them in. We are not responsible for replacing garments that have defects.​​ Please note that we cannot print on certain fabrics such as nylon; we will check the fabric before proceeding with your order.

What brands do you offer?
We are able to source a wide variety of brands and have access to wholesale pricing, which is significantly lower than the retail pricing that you will find in stores or online.

What payment methods do you accept?
Checks, cash, Square, and all major credit cards.​​
​
What are the setup fees?
Screen Printing:
Screen printing is priced out based on the number of colors in your design and one screen is made for each color that is in your design. There is a one time set up fee of $20 per screen. We keep these screens in-house and do not charge any additional screen fees on reorders, as long as the reorder is placed within 6 months.​

Embroidery
There is a one time fee of $50 to digitize your logo for embroidery. That fee will only ever be charged again if the sizing is significantly changed from the initial order.

Promo
Stickers, labels, and magnets have a one time setup fee of $25 to format the artwork for print. Other items vary and you will receive that information in a quote.

Are there any graphic design fees?
If your design is complete and is a high resolution image that only requires basic formatting, then graphic design charges are waived for your order. If your design requires additional text, images, formatting, or is low resolution, then additional graphic design charges may apply.​

What types of art files do you accept?
We can usually work with just about any type of art file, even designs that are hand drawn! We have an in-house graphic designer that will format your art in order to make it "print ready."
These are the files that are preferred:
- Adobe Illustrator (vector) (.eps, .ai, .svg)
- Adobe Photoshop (PSD)
While the files listed above are preferred, these files will also work! If possible, please make sure that these files are 300 dpi or higher:
- PNG
- JPG
If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will help you to convert it into a file we can work with. Graphic design charges may apply.

How much is the deposit and when is it due?
We ask for half of the final payment upon placement of the order. The rest is due upon pick up/delivery.
